About Eyekonz Parent Group

As parents and guardians of the young athletes in Eyekonz Parents Group, we wholeheartedly commit to actively supporting our children's involvement in sports and their participation in Eyekonz Sports. We recognize the significance of nurturing a positive and encouraging environment for our children's growth, both as athletes and individuals.
Our pledge encompasses the following:
  • Encourage:   Encouraging our children to consistently give their best effort, exhibit good sportsmanship, and demonstrate respect for team
  • Engage:  Attending games and practices whenever possible to demonstrate unwavering support and enthusiasm for their pursuits. 
  • Involvement:  Volunteering our time and skills to assist the team and Eyekonz Parents Group as required. Ensuring that our children have the requisite equipment, attend scheduled events, and maintain open communication with coaches and team administrators.

Our  Mission

The mission of Eyekonz Parent Group is to wholeheartedly support the growth and success of the Eyekonz Sports Club by fostering a united and empowered community of parents and guardians. We are committed to enriching the experiences of our young athletes, promoting a positive and inclusive sports culture, and providing essential resources for the development of well-rounded individuals

By aligning our mission, objectives, and goals, Eyekonz Parent Group aims to play an integral role in creating a supportive, nurturing, and enriching environment for the young athletes of Eyekonz Sports Club, helping them become not only outstanding competitors but also exceptional individuals..

Our Objectives

  1. Community Engagement: Build a strong, supportive network of parents and guardians who actively participate in the Eyekonz Sports Club community. 
  2.  Financial Support: Secure necessary funds and resources to ensure that every athlete has access to quality coaching, equipment, and facilities, regardless of financial constraints. 
  3.  Player Development Facilitate educational and leadership programs that empower athletes to excel not only in their chosen sport but also in life, focusing on character, teamwork, and personal growth. 
  4. Inclusivity and Diversity: Promote a welcoming and inclusive environment within Eyekonz Sports Club, where diversity is celebrated, and every athlete feels valued and respected. Also as responsible and respectful individuals, equipping them with life skills that will serve them well in the future. 

Our Hopes and Goals

  1. Increase Parent Involvement: By the end of the fiscal year, achieve a 20% increase in active parent and guardian participation in Eyekonz Parent Group activities and initiatives. 
  2.  Raise Funds for Travel Expenses & Supplies: Secure a minimum of $15,000 in funds through fundraising efforts to provide scholarships for athletes facing financial barriers, allowing them to participate fully in Eyekonz Sports Club programs.
  3.  Leadership and Life Skills Workshops: Organize at least four educational workshops or seminars throughout the year that focus on leadership development, sportsmanship, and life skills for both athletes and parents. 
  4.  Diverse and Inclusive Events: Host a minimum of two events or activities during the year that celebrate diversity within the Eyekonz Sports Club community, fostering an atmosphere of inclusivity and unity.
