Becoming a volunteer with Eyekonz Parent Group is easy and inclusive! You don't need to be a dues-paying member to join us in supporting our athletes. Simply register your interest, and our dedicated Communications Committee will promptly respond. We welcome your enthusiasm and contributions as we work together to create a positive impact on our young athletes' journeys. Join us today and be a part of our supportive community!
To volunteer for more than 20 hours, a Child Clearance is required.

Leadership Roles
All leadership roles require a two-year commitment to the Eyekonz Parent Group. Leadership is decided by a majority vote from all active paid members of the Parent Group.
President
The president role of the Eyekonz parent group is to oversee all operations of Eyekonz Parent Group and facilitates information from director and coaches of Eyekonz Sports Leadership and relays to parent group members.
Vice President
Responsible for the assembly and occupancy of all fundraising committes. In addition to fill in the role of president incase abscense of President.
Treasurer
Assumes all fiduciary responsibilities of Eyekonz Parent Group. Maintains updated books and the delegation of funds distributed through Eyekonz parent group.
Secretary
Responsible for all meeting notes and record keeping of the Eyekonz parent group. Facilitates and stores all documentation and able to provide on request.

Volunteer Opportunities
Here are brief descriptions of each committee within the Eyekonz Parent Group and their associated responsibilities.
Snacks Commitee:
Responsibility: Ensures that athletes have access to healthy snacks and nutrition options during practices and events. Manages food-related logistics and promotes a balanced diet for the athletes.
Social Media Commitee:
Responsibility: Manages the group's presence on social media platforms, promoting events, achievements, and updates. Engages with the online community and helps build a positive image for Eyekonz.
Fundraiser Commitee:
Responsibility: Organizes and executes fundraising initiatives to support the financial needs of the group. Develops creative strategies to secure necessary resources for equipment, travel, and other expenses.
Communications.
Responsibility: Coordinates and disseminates important information within the parent group and to athletes, coaches, and staff. Keeps everyone informed about schedules, meetings, and updates.
Transportation
Responsibility: Arranges transportation logistics for athletes to attend practices, competitions, and other events. Ensures that safe and efficient transportation options are available.
Equipment:.
Responsibility: Maintains and manages sports equipment, ensuring it is in good condition and readily available for athletes and coaches. Coordinates equipment purchases and repairs as needed.
